LEGAL & SERVICE INFORMATION

Terms of Service

These terms describe access to the RDGlobal platform, AI API services and quoted managed compute services.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Scope and account

You must provide accurate account and business information, protect your credentials and use the services for a lawful purpose. Account registration does not guarantee access to every model, payment method or infrastructure configuration. The legal service provider is identified in the business details and, where applicable, in your accepted quote and invoice.

2. AI API services

Requests are processed through activated upstream inference services. Availability, response quality, region restrictions and acceptable-use requirements may vary by model. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before you rely on it. You remain responsible for your application and decisions made using output.

3. Service credit and usage

Service credit is denominated in USD and may be used only for eligible RDGlobal services. It is not a bank balance, is not transferable between customers and cannot be redeemed for cash. Published model rates apply to completed requests. A maximum estimated charge is reserved before inference; successful usage is reconciled against the reservation. A failed request releases its reservation.

4. Card payments

Card funding is available only when an approved payment service is activated and shown in the console. The final checkout identifies applicable charges and required authentication. A payment request, pending authorisation or browser redirect is not proof that service credit has been issued. Disputes and refunds follow the applicable payment rules and Refund Policy.

5. Managed compute

Compute requests are assessed individually. The quote specifies the resources, service period, price and support scope. Accepting a quote reserves the required service credit. The service charge is applied when the actual environment is activated. A requested or quoted environment is not a running service. This release does not silently renew a service period.

6. Data and permitted content

You must have the right to submit input and must not use the platform for prohibited content, abusive traffic, unauthorised access or evasion of upstream restrictions. Do not send secrets or sensitive data unless the agreed service and applicable processing terms permit that use.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for abuse, security incidents, unpaid charges, invalid business information or violations of these terms. API keys can be revoked through the console. Contact support to request account closure and to resolve any outstanding service period or refundable unused credit.

8. Availability and responsibility

The services depend on network, infrastructure and upstream providers. A specific uptime commitment or service level applies only if agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Liability limits, commercial service levels and jurisdiction-specific terms must be set out in the applicable service agreement.

9. Changes and contact

Material service or pricing changes will be disclosed through the platform or your agreed contact channel. Contact us through the contact form or account support for contract and billing questions.
