LEGAL & SERVICE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RDGlobal handles account, service, usage and support information.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Information we collect

Account username, password hash, recovery-code hash, session details, API-key hashes, service-credit records, request metadata, compute specifications and support messages. If you submit a sales enquiry, we collect the name, contact email, company and project information you provide.

Why information is used

To authenticate users, authorise API traffic, provide requested services, measure usage, maintain service-credit records, respond to support requests and protect the platform from abuse. Information required for a paid service or invoice may be requested before that service is activated.

AI input and output

Inference requests are forwarded to the configured upstream inference service. The RDGlobal usage ledger does not retain prompt or response content. Upstream processing, model-provider retention and data-location terms also apply. Review the service arrangements before sending sensitive or regulated information.

Payment information

When card payments are activated, card details are handled by the approved payment provider in its payment interface. RDGlobal does not provide a card-number storage form. Payment references and billing records may be retained for service-credit reconciliation, refunds and required accounting.

Sessions and cookies

We use a first-party session cookie for sign-in and account security. It is HttpOnly and restricted to the site. The website does not require advertising or cross-site analytics cookies to use the product.

Retention and access

Usage and billing records are retained for operational and accounting requirements. Retention of support and account records depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. To request access, correction, deletion or account closure, use the contact form or a support request. Some records may need to be retained to resolve legal, security or billing obligations.

Service partners and transfers

Hosting, inference, infrastructure and approved payment services process information necessary to provide their part of the service. Processing locations depend on the selected services. Request the applicable service and processing information before committing a regulated workload.

Contact

Privacy requests can be submitted through the website contact form or the account support console. The legal service-provider details are displayed in the business information section when verified.
