Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use the APIs and compute services according to your account permissions, published model limits and accepted service scope. Respect model-provider restrictions and third-party rights. Keep access keys out of public applications and source repositories.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the platform for credential theft, malware distribution, unauthorised access, phishing, fraud, card testing, money movement, illegal content, exploitation or harassment. Do not attempt to bypass service limits, identity requirements, access restrictions or payment controls.

Infrastructure workloads

Do not use a managed environment for unsolicited bulk messaging, denial-of-service traffic, scanning third-party systems without permission, resource abuse or unapproved high-risk workloads. Any specialist workload must be disclosed before a quote is accepted.

Data rights

Submit only information you are authorised to process. You are responsible for your application’s privacy notices, user permissions and handling of generated output. Sensitive or regulated workloads require an appropriate service and processing arrangement.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate abuse, revoke keys, suspend services or decline a workload. Report suspected misuse through the contact form or support console. A service-credit balance does not authorise activity that breaches this policy.
